# OTServers.org > A directory of Open Tibia (OT) game servers with live player counts, uptime > and rankings. Open Tibia is the open-source reimplementation of the MMORPG > Tibia's server software; an "OT server", "OTS" or "otserv" is a community-run > world built on it. Every listing here is queried directly on its game port > every few minutes — player counts, uptime and records are measured by this > site, never self-reported by server owners. Listing a server is free. As of 2026-09-16: 110 listed servers, 75 answering right now, 8876 players online across them, 10 registered members. Machine-readable numbers: https://otservers.org/api/stats (JSON; totals, 30-day trend, top servers by measured seven-day average, movers, client and country mix, new listings). Refreshed every fifteen minutes. Languages: en, pt-BR, es, pl, sv. Every page exists once per language under its own prefix (for example https://otservers.org/en, https://otservers.org/pt-BR, https://otservers.org/es). The Portuguese and Polish editions are the largest by readership; those are the two communities where Open Tibia is most active. ## Key pages - [Server list](https://otservers.org/en): all servers ranked by players, uptime and votes - [News and guides](https://otservers.org/en/blog): what changed on the network, and how to play on and run an OT server - [Countries](https://otservers.org/en/countries): every country with servers, and how many - [Advanced search](https://otservers.org/en/search): filter by country, client version, experience rate, PvP type, player count and uptime - [Statistics](https://otservers.org/en/statistics): servers per country, most used engines, longest running servers, player records - [FAQ](https://otservers.org/en/faq): how rankings are measured, how to list or claim a server, why listings get removed - [Add a server](https://otservers.org/en/servers/add): free listing; status, client version and engine are detected automatically - [Advertising](https://otservers.org/en/advertise): self-service promotion — list highlight, featured box, launch countdown, banners by the week ## Recent posts - [Retronic launches 10 September 2026 as 1x Tibia 7.4 real map server](https://otservers.org/en/blog/retronic-launches-10-september-2026-as-1x-tibia-7-4-real-map-server) — 2026-09-11: Retronic is a free-to-play, long-term 1x Tibia 7.4 real map server launching 10 September 2026 at 20:00 CEST from a New York datacenter. - [Tale of Titan launches 12 September 2026 as custom EVO MMORPG](https://otservers.org/en/blog/tale-of-titan-launches-12-september-2026-as-custom-evo-mmorpg) — 2026-09-11: Tale of Titan, a custom EVO MMORPG for Windows and Android, opens its first public world on 12 September 2026 at 14:00 EST after years of development. - [WorldOfWar launches 9 September 2026 as three-team Tibia 8.0 server](https://otservers.org/en/blog/worldofwar-launches-9-september-2026-as-three-team-tibia-8-0-server) — 2026-09-08: WorldOfWar, a revived Tibia 8.0 war server with three teams and 30-minute rotating battles, launches 9 September 2026 at 20:30 CEST. - [How to List Your OT Server on otservers.org](https://otservers.org/en/blog/how-to-list-your-ot-server-on-otservers-org) — 2026-09-08: A step-by-step guide to list your OT server on otservers.org, covering the add-server form, the first status check, and proving ownership. - [OTUniverse Season 3 launches 11 September 2026 with Monk vocation](https://otservers.org/en/blog/otuniverse-season-3-launches-11-september-2026-with-monk-vocation) — 2026-09-07: OTUniverse Season 3, a Polish custom-client Open Tibia server, launches Friday, 11 September 2026 at 19:00 CEST with a new Monk vocation. - [How to Advertise an OT Server and What Each Channel Costs](https://otservers.org/en/blog/how-to-advertise-an-ot-server-and-what-each-channel-costs) — 2026-09-07: Where to advertise an OT server and what it costs: otservers.org highlights, otservlist.org countdowns, OTLand's forum, and banner campaigns compared. - [Qumora launches new 7.6 custom real-map edition on 5 September 2026](https://otservers.org/en/blog/qumora-launches-new-7-6-custom-real-map-edition-on-5-september-2026) — 2026-09-06: Qumora, a USA-hosted 7.6 custom real-map Open Tibia server, launched its new edition on 5 September 2026 with fishing, mining, dungeons and cursed chests. - [6,956 players measured across 27 OT servers on 5 September 2026](https://otservers.org/en/blog/6-956-players-measured-across-27-ot-servers-on-5-september-2026) — 2026-09-06: otservers.org's measurements of the Open Tibia server network on 5 September 2026: 27 active servers, 22 online, and 6,956 players counted live. - [6 Open Tibia Servers With the Most Players This Week](https://otservers.org/en/blog/6-open-tibia-servers-with-the-most-players-this-week) — 2026-09-05: The six most-played Open Tibia servers this week, ranked by player counts otservers.org measures itself, with client versions and how to connect. - [CronOTS 2.0 Season II launches 11 September 2026](https://otservers.org/en/blog/cronots-2-0-season-ii-launches-11-september-2026) — 2026-09-05: CronOTS 2.0, the Season II relaunch of Norbix's classic 7.6 custom server, launches 11 September 2026 at 20:00 CEST with a new storyline campaign. ## What it costs Listing a server is free and always has been. Everything below is optional promotion, paid once through Stripe. Most placements are bought for a fixed period; the launch countdown is priced by how long it has to run. There is no wallet, no credit and no cost per click. Placements: - Highlight — Your row is highlighted across the list and search results while it runs. $20.00 per week, $70.00 per month. - Featured box — Your server takes one of the three featured positions above the list. $10.00 per week, $35.00 per month. - Launch countdown — An exclusive countdown banner above the list, counting down to your launch and staying up for three days after it. Only one runs at a time. Priced by the run: $10.00 for the first day, $4.00 for every day after, never more than $150.00, and sold up to 60 days ahead. Banner campaigns are sold by the week or the month, one creative per campaign. Every position on the page is sold separately, so a format has as many campaigns running as it has positions. Sizes, positions and prices: Leaderboard 468x60, 1 position, at $15.00 a week, Medium rectangle 300x250, 1 position, at $10.00 a week, Square 250x250, 2 positions, at $10.00 a week, Skyscraper 160x600, 1 position, at $12.00 a week, Button 125x125, 4 positions, at $5.00 a week, Wide banner 250x90, 3 positions, at $7.00 a week. A server above 500 concurrent players is asked to hold a highlight to stay listed; below that, promotion buys placement and never a measured number. ## How the data works - Each server is queried on its own game port: every 60 seconds for the busiest listings, every 15 minutes for quiet ones, with exponential backoff for servers that stop answering. - Uptime is the share of those direct checks answered over the last 30 days. - Ranking points combine the 30-day average player count (log-scaled), uptime and recent votes; a vote's weight halves every 7 days, so no single burst holds a position. - A server that stops answering loses points, and one unreachable for 30 days drops out of the default list. - Ownership is proven by one of four methods the claimant picks: the server's message of the day, a DNS TXT record, a file at a known path on its website, or a meta tag — so only somebody who controls the server or its domain can claim its listing. - Paid promotion buys placement and a points bonus. It never rewrites a measured number, and promoted rows are labelled on the page. ## Terminology - **OT / OTS / otserv / Open Tibia server** — the same thing: a community-run Tibia server. "OTS list" and "lista OTS" are how Polish players say server list; "lista de OTs" and "servidores de Tibia" are the Portuguese equivalents. - **Distribution / engine** — the server software a listing runs, usually The Forgotten Server (TFS), OTX or Canary. - **Client version** — the Tibia protocol a server speaks, e.g. 7.4, 8.60, 13.x. Players need a client that matches. - **Experience rate** — an XP multiplier over official Tibia, written "x50". Low-rate servers stay near 1–5x; "baiak" servers are a Brazilian high-rate subgenre. - **PvP type** — no-PvP, open PvP, PvP-enforced, retro PvP or retro hardcore, following official Tibia's world types. ## Machine-readable - [Sitemap](https://otservers.org/sitemap.xml): every listed server, country and post, in every language - [Posts API](https://otservers.org/api/posts?locale=en): the news feed as JSON, no key needed to read - [MCP endpoint](https://otservers.org/api/mcp): listing operations for agents, bearer-authenticated with an API key
